Welcome is a rubbish comedy, which inexplicably topped the box office charts. Am I completely wrong, or is there something seriously something wrong with our Bollywood audience, who are willing to endorse a nonsense film like this? Welcome is guilty of gross overacting and nothing seems natural about this movie. It simply sucks! Neha Kumar

Madhuri Dixit makes a neat comeback but despite her flawless performance, this movie lacks a uniqueness and sophistication in the script. The superb sound track makes it a one-time watch, plus you get to see Dixit back on the stage, shaking her booty. Neha Kumar

Split in to six separate narratives, each movie has a happy, loving ending. Advani has done a good job in combining elements such as romance, humour, tragedy, leading to understanding the emotion of love. Whilst the movie is only a one-time watch, the songs make up for it all! Neha Kumar

This Bollywood movie is a compilation of 10 different stories, which have a flavour of thrill, action, suspense, romance and the occasional morality tale. It’s very different from the regular Hindi-movie format and very beautifully done. Most of the stories are enjoyable, but you may find the odd dud. Neha Kumar

An engaging and unusual Bollywood movie thriller about two strangers, who meet on a train and discuss their problematic personal lives, prompting them to plan a murder. The plot unfolds to reveal the secret behind the plan. No dancing around the trees, if that’s what you are looking for! Neha Kumar

Om, an inspiring actor during the 1970s, is murdered but reborn in the present day. He attempts to get everything he couldn’t in his previous life – the stardom and the love of his life. Whilst the film is boring, Shah Rukh Khan’s six packs and newcomer Deepika are simply yummy! Neha Kumar

Ishaan is an eight year old boy whose struggles at school are compounded by parental and peer pressure. This emotional film carries a message for parents, who are pushy, and only interested in their kids’ academic achievements rather than their unique strengths. A heart-winning story! Neha Kumar

Ali does a fantastic job developing an intimate link despite a personality clash between two strangers who meet on a train. Shahid is dejected with life while Kareena is full of zeal, living life on her own terms. Uplifting, with great performances along with a melodious soundtrack. Neha Kumar
